SSX Tricky on GBA captures the high-energy snowboarding arcade of the console original in a handheld package. Tight, pick-up-and-play controls let you chain grabs, spins and over-the-top tricks to build boost and pull off wildly exaggerated moves. Courses are compact but packed with shortcuts, ramps and hazards that reward risk and timing. The challenge comes from mastering combo flow, nailing landings and beating ghost times or friends in local versus rounds.
