Ultima IV: Quest of the Avatar redefines the fantasy RPG by making morality the core challenge. On the Sega Master System you'll explore Britannia from a top-down perspective, build a character, recruit companions, and solve riddles and trials tied to eight virtues rather than simply hoarding treasure. Progress demands thoughtful choices, temple tests, puzzle-solving and town exploration—combat remains important but honesty, compassion and humility are rewarded. The port trims some depth but retains the sense of discovery and tough, old-school difficulty that made the original a landmark for players who enjoy open-ended role-playing and moral puzzles.
