3. Run setup.exe and install
4. Copy crack from CODEX dir to installdir
5. Play
Notes: start the game from shortcut or included launcher: ACCGame-Win32-Shipping.launcher.exe

In our initial release the game had problems with 2 not very important menu entries (main menu : options/extras/ and in pause menu : uplay) If that really bothers you, then grab this tiny fix.
