Bio Goddess: Doomsday Begins is a third-person shooter survival game where players take on the role of a female high school student trying to survive a biohazard outbreak inside her school. Your tasks include exploring various areas, gathering resources, fighting enemies, and solving puzzles to stay alive. Along the way, you investigate the cause of the incident and uncover its connection to your father and your own mysterious past.

The game features cute female character designs. Players can obtain different school uniforms throughout the adventure, each with its own unique special abilities. These outfits come from various countries, aiming to evoke nostalgic memories of student life. The game also includes both sexy enemy designs and terrifying monsters.

Using a third-person perspective, players must guide the protagonist through diverse environments, collecting resources and upgrading weapons and character attributes (clothing). The game offers numerous puzzles to solve, such as finding keys to open doors, cracking passwords, and discovering hidden mechanisms.
