By accessing KhoGameHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our emulation and Netplay features.

1. Service Description

KhoGameHub is a web-based emulation platform dedicated to the preservation of classic video games. Our services are intended for personal, non-commercial, and educational use only.

2. DMCA & Copyright

Copyright & Content Policy KhoGameHub is a streaming-only emulation platform. We do not provide file download services. Our system is designed to preserve gaming history by allowing users to experience classic titles directly in their browser. If you represent a copyright holder and wish to have a specific title removed from our streaming library, please contact us at [email protected]. We will process your request within 48-72 hours.

3. User Conduct (Netplay)

When participating in Multiplayer (Netplay) sessions, you agree not to:

• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior.
• Use automated tools or cheats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Disrupt the service for other users via technical exploits.

4. Limitation of Liability

KhoGameHub provides its services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We are not liable for any loss of game data, "save states," or any service interruptions. Use of the emulator is at your own risk.

5. Account System & Platform Integration

Effective March 7, 2026, the account systems for KhoGameHub and Giare24h have been officially separated. KhoGameHub no longer shares the same web architecture as giare24h.net, operating as an independent platform.
Please note the following regarding this transition:
Independent Authentication: Users are now required to maintain a dedicated KhoGameHub account to access specific site features.
Unified Support Channel: While the infrastructures are distinct, both platforms continue to utilize the @giare24h.net email domain for all official correspondence and customer support.
Affiliate Status: KhoGameHub remains an authorized affiliate within the Giare24h network.
