The Ishimura, once a Planetcracker-class mining vessel, was overrun by grotesque reanimations of its dead crew known as Necromorphs. After uncovering a mysterious artifact called the Marker, Isaac is now haunted by nightmarish visions of his deceased girlfriend, Nicole, as he faces a new Necromorph outbreak threatening the entire station.

As terror and madness close in, Isaac must fight through the nightmare to uncover the truth behind the chaos — and perhaps, finally, put an end to it all.
