Câu chuyện đưa người chơi vào tương lai hậu tận thế mang đậm sắc màu cyberpunk, nơi Keymaster – kẻ độc tài thống trị Tháp Dharma – đã bị đánh bại. Giờ đây, Jack trở lại để đối đầu với giáo phái AI cuồng bạo đang trỗi dậy bên ngoài tòa tháp, trong một trận chiến quyết định vận mệnh của loài người.
