NecroVisioN: Lost Company là phần tiền truyện của tựa game bắn súng kinh dị góc nhìn thứ nhất NecroVisioN, diễn ra trước các sự kiện của bản gốc. NecroVisioN: Lost Company is the prequel to the original horror FPS, taking place before the events of NecroVisioN. It features a variety of new levels, characters, weapons, and gameplay mechanics, along with a new main protagonist who presents the story from an entirely different perspective.

Players take on the role of a German soldier during World War I who uncovers the sinister forces unleashed by the war. As he battles these horrors, he unites soldiers from all nations across the front, leading them through massive confrontations against zombies and demons. Ultimately, he becomes the very first Necromancer—the one destined to face Simon Bukner in NecroVisioN.
