Description

Released for the PC Engine, 'Toshi Tensou Keikaku - Eternal City' evokes the compact intensity of late-80s/early-90s cartridge designs. Players face tight, skill-based challenges across urban-themed stages that reward precise timing, pattern recognition, and exploration. The game's pixel work and chiptune score emphasize atmosphere while confronting you with memorable encounters and boss fights; each run feels deliberate and demanding. Ideal for fans of classic difficulty and short-session replayability, it leans on responsive controls, layered level design, and a nostalgic aesthetic that captures the era's focused arcade-to-home sensibilities.
