Description

Akumajou Dracula - Vampire Killer delivers a tense, gothic action-platformer experience that leans on precision, exploration, and memorable boss encounters. Players navigate shadowed halls and shifting rooms, juggling limited weapons and sub-items while confronting classic monster designs. Levels demand careful timing and pattern learning, rewarding persistence with secret pathways and varied combat. The atmosphere is rich with retro sound and pixel art, evoking late-80s and early-90s console nostalgia. Expect steep, rewarding difficulty where mastery comes from repetition and skillful use of resources — an old-school challenge for fans of Castlevania-style platform action.

💾 Save & Load Guide

Don't lose your progress! You have two ways to manage your game states:

  • Auto-Save (Browser Storage): By default, your progress is automatically saved to your browser's local storage. You can pick up right where you left off the next time you visit, provided you do not clear your browser cache.
  • Manual Save/Load (Export to File): For maximum safety and playing across different devices, you can export your save data:
    1. Open the Settings Menu in the emulator.
    2. Select "Save State" to download your progress as a file (usually .txt or .state) to your device.
    3. To resume, simply use "Load State" and select that file to continue playing.

⚠️ Note: We highly recommend exporting your save file frequently to avoid losing data due to browser updates or accidental cache clearing.
